Brilliant experience using huddle. Leaving our house and the process has been smooth and the team have been very helpful. Recommend to anyone looking to split bills with housemates easily.

Quick to help set my account up over the phone once my landlord had transferred the account into my name, and with smart meters you can see a graph within your account showing how much credit/debit you are in with your bills and this updates each month automatically. They also split the bill equally as many ways as you want between all tenants if you want, which comes in handy being a student. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Huddle is an exceptional utility service. When handling my queries, the friendly team have gone above and beyond to ensure that my issues were swiftly resolved and that I was left feeling happy. The split liability aspect of the bills makes paying your utility bills super easy and means you don't have to pester your housemates and ask them for money. It's a genuinely warm and efficient experience that has left me feeling reassured and much less stressed about managing my bills! Highly recommend for students and young professionals.

Easy and simple

Really great company to be with, we had some issues wifi to begin with but that was due to our broadband provider and not Huddle. We received a refund and customer service has always been really good and fast

Very easy to get set up- helpful website and have no issues so far. My only issue is that it is more expensive than organising the bills separately but I guess you are paying extra for the convenience.

Huddle were really good when we were sorting out our bills for our student house. Very quick customer service unlike many of the other energy suppliers we got in contact with.

Wonderful experience so far as a student. All information is very comprehensively laid out and well-explained. We switched packages a couple months ago, everyone at customer service was very helpful and extremely communicative - sending us emails on everything we talked about + extra info. No condescension or any attempt to money grub either :) Worth the prices for how easy they’ve made everything. I know my bills are in the right hands and really appreciate having one less thing to worry about.

It's good because it's simple to set up and ensures you'll have enough electricity and you'll get back what you don't use, also it's very flexible

Very easy to do, once set up you don’t even have to go on your bank every month, can set up a standing order, gives bar graphs for your usage and tells you how much of all energy types you do use monthly, they also send your money back if you’ve been overcharged through out the months, also has everything in it, electricity, heating, water and wi-fi, enjoy the service a lot
