Huddle is a great and reliable service, have acted responsibly and with integrity!

Extremely overpriced, slow to set up WiFi and I had many problems with them asking for more and more pictures of proof of electricity usage when it turned out that they just had the wrong information about the electricity meter. I do not recommend using Huddle.

Can be Quite expensive but makes it easier as a house to pay separate bills.

Easy service, but the company have been unhelpful and inconsistent in their approach to ending the contract early (owing to the tenancy ceasing)

Huddle has been an excellent energy supplier for me and my flatmate, being quick to answer the phone for any questions. I will always be quick to recommend huddle to anyone looking for a reliable energy supplier.

Payment is easy and you get your receipt quickly. And their website is user friendly and a trustworthy payment systems, But I guess you get value for your money just that is expensive Preferably let’s get a run down of our receipt via mail not only on ur website

They replied quickly to emails, and sent boosters/people over to ours quickly to sort out Wi-Fi problems. But even with the boosters and the person they sent over, the Wi-Fi is actually worse than it was before. Also we're paying a lot for the broadband so to have it not work is frustrating. They did reimburse us some of the money for it, but it wasn't really very much at all.

Being a student, I do not want to worry about paying my bills and which companies are the best. Huddle allows me to manage all my bills giving me no stress and making it quick and easy. Me and my housemates had a problem with our wifi. We emailed huddle and the next day we got a broadband extension. Brilliant service. No hassle. Perfect for us students

So far Huddle has been really good! Whenever I have had any concerns they have emailed back straight away and they seem to be a fair company to go with if you want to make your bills easier!
