We love our Buster & Punch products. Really punches up our house Renos. We live in Canada and have purchased a few times. Elle was great to deal with regarding shipping questions we had. Will buy more as we continue with the never ending renovations!

The product is beautiful but there are some worrisome design flaws. The tiny screw-into-screw trim kits are fragile, which can be overlooked because once installed they’re stationary. Using a thin, inadequate plastic for the switch toggles was a major design flaw. Two toggles have broken after simply touching them to turn a light on. As an interior designer I have had my eye on this product for years and finally had the opportunity to install them in my own home. Visually they are 10/10, but functionally I fear the toggle switches will not hold up to even the gentlest of daily use. For the price, the quality of the working parts falls shamefully short.

I love buster and punch. It’s my go to when I am updating. The one thing I wish was better is they ran out of items during the sale and those items still aren’t back in stock! I would recommend and I will buy from them again.
