United States | 16 February 2024The new dimmers are great! We had two dimmers that we'd ordered that didn't end up working with our low voltage LED track. I spoke with Max on the customer support team who was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond and was able to order us two of their new dimmers. The new dimmers have eliminated all the flickering and also have a nicer feel to them than the old dimmers. I couldn't be happier with this outcome.
