A deciding factor about whether I’m a one-time customer or a happy repeat customer, is how things are handled when things go wrong. In my case a parcel did not get delivered to me. My contact, Adam, was friendly and thorough from the very start. The process was straightforward. I appreciated the quickly returned phone calls and the informative follow-up emails. I had the feeling that my claim was taken seriously and resolved without unnecessary delays. Great customer service is not always a given. In my case it was and I am very thankful.

Delays and Lack of Communication My order took months to receive and I was never provided any indication that the order would be delayed prior. The experience was not good and I will not be ordering from B+P again.

My wife and I feel in love with the designs and products Buster + Punch had to offer. We purchased a few of their toggle switches for our new baby room. Unfortunately, one of the toggle switches snapped. After a quick email to B+P informing them of our dilemma, B+P were quick to respond with an email indicating a replacement has been sent out. Not only do they have quality products, but their quality customer assistance is equally top notch. Very happy and look forward to being a continued customer.

We purchased a light dimmer but had to replace it after a little over a year of use. It’s a shame that this company uses cheap plastic components that are masked by the flashy hardware. Definitely not worth the price. Unfortunately our contractor bought Buster and Punch when redoing our place so we’re stuck with them for the time being. I’m looking forward to the next redo of our place so we can switch out their cheaply made hardware for something that’s actually luxury and built to last.

I purchased 12 packs of escutcheons for one of my clients trying to match the handles. From pictures perfect match, in reality two different things, they suppose to be brass but they look more gold And they are very expensive for what they are….

I love their products. We have their fixtures, switches, outlets, and dimmers throughout our home and visitors comment on them frequently. They are very unique and extremely high quality. My only wish is that they would come out with dimmers that are compatible with lower wattage bulbs and fixtures that have LEDs built in. In those cases we have had to substitute a grey Lutron dimmer with the B+P plate. It's better than nothing, but not nearly as beautiful as those where we have been able to use their dimmers.
