I don’t trust the company. They lied to me or “misinformed” me from day one. Taking advantage of a new small business owner is a disgrace.

I've been with Bench for years. I found them when I fouled up my books using a DIY software. They gave me a free month and I then I had them retroactively clean up my books back two years at a discount. I now use them for two businesses. It has saved me hundreds of hours and costly mistakes. I recommend them to all of my clients and colleagues. Genuinely a great service for much less than an in-house bookkeeper would cost with all the benefits of accurate reporting and bookkeeping and tax time is a breeze.

I cannot say enough amazing things about working with Bench. From the very first call they had me hooked. I used quickbooks for many years and absolutely hated it. I even hired a bookkeeper to help me keep up with it and always ended up with a mess come tax time. I’ve now had bench for two tax seasons and it makes the process so stress free. All I do is hand the end of year package they create for me over to my CPA and I’m DONE.
