I really appreciate the work that Bench does that I don't have to do as a start-up corporation. I wish the statements would turn around a little faster and that they would check with me more on expenses they have questions about.

- would be nice to also have accounting for personal expenses that are often intermingled with small businesses/sole proprietor as mine is at this point. Your team is helpful but turnover is high and consistency suffers. I have a lot of accounts and need help to access them- your onboarding managers are excellent.

Bench Accounting is fantastic. I have used QuickBooks Online for over 4 years and and I still use it to write and print checks, but Bench.co has taken the anxiety out of my monthly reconciling (which I found almost impossible) and the tedious day-to-day categorizing. My time commitment is cut in half at least. I debated with myself for about a month and a half before I committed, and it was a wonderful decision. The message feed is incredibly convenient; I can schedule a call whenever I want one very soon; and every person I have talked to on the phone with Bench has been extremely pleasant. I love talking to Nav, my lead bookkeeper. Her tone of voice is so calming and and she is so helpful. Even my most complicated transactions and transaction breakdowns, she explains with simplicity, patience, and finesse. I can upload documents super fast in different ways and can view them when logged in without having to download them again. Here's an amazing thing: I can start a message in the Messages feed, go to another part of Bench, and the message I started is still there when I click back to Messages.
