I signed up for Bench, after failing to make time to make my books proper myself. I thought Bench would be right for me as they assured me they worked with Amazon sellers. After paying a huge amount up-front, they said the books would be ready within 3 weeks of me sending in all the proper documents which was back in May of 2021. It is now July, and they are still not done, although they've sent me my year end financial spreadsheet there's tons of errors which i'm sure many business owners would not notice or seem to care. I've made my business clear to them multiple times, but it seems the biggest issue is that one of the original team leads left the company, and Bench failed to gather all the proper information from me or him before finishing my books. They've had it almost perfect at some points, then inflating sales up to huge numbers, after fixing that they screw up some other stuff. Failure after failure, I don't know what to do, I filed for an extension with the IRS during the signup period. It's now August tomorrow and I have to file my taxes extremely soon, yet, they seem to not make me a priority or put any focus into detail. I feel i'm just screwed here, and I don't believe the next spreadsheet they send me will be any better than the last. My CPA isn't who is supposed to fix these issues. They're huge mistakes.

I started off using Quickbooks and what I quickly found was that bookkeeping is not intuitive on that site. And, it helps to have some type of financial background to properly manage the books.
