Amazing experience so far! Everything has been done promptly and all questions are always answered even if they don’t have the answer right in front of them, they will find it for you.

I have been w/ Bench for over two years and they service is honest and consistent. The one complaint I have is the fact that I have to wait to speak to a human by scheduling a call as I cannot just dial them up (I am old school and sometimes need hand-holding - not often though). That being said, my new account representative Eniola shattered the mold. I had a phone call with Eniola last week and her level of attention and critical thinking was stellar. Critical thinking and problem solving is in short supply on this planet nowadays and this was very refreshing. I would have recommended Bench before but I would sing their praises now - just ask for Eniola (haha). Hope this is helpful.

The Bench accounting team was helpful in getting all my questions answered, providing timely support, and helping me understand my expenses. I decided to go a different way for Tax filing because that was a more abrasive experience but I appreciate the support I've gotten thus far for my new C-corporation.

Bench is a great starter tool, but wouldn’t recommend it once you get 10+ employees. 1) Their tax service is a bit questionable. I was told that it would be a tax strategy type service but YOU are the one expected to come with questions and proactively book meetings. How does that make sense if I don’t have any tax knowledge? 2) Bookkeeper service is good - they capture 90% of it but it took me ~20 hours ish for me to work with them and get into our cadence... I feel like they didn’t “get it”

I was very hesitant about spending money for someone to do my books - especially a remote company that I wasn't able to visit in person. They took their time with a series of phone calls to make sure I knew what I was getting into and what I would receive for my money until I was comfortable enough to hire them. Since hiring them, they have been amazing! They are very quick to respond to questions through the messaging app inside of the platform and have even helped me answer a few financial questions that are a bit outside of the scope of what I pay them for. I'm really happy I went with Bench (and even saved money against hiring the CPA who had been doing my taxes for the last few years).

Bench is Great. I am terrible at Bookkeeping for my business and have been shopping around for Bookkeeping services. Bench offered me the most for the money. When my CPA reviewed all they offered, her advice to me was to "jump on their offer!". "For what they are offering vs. the price they are charging you..is a great deal lower than most Bookkeeping services will charge you". And the service has been great, the Agent assigned to me has listened to all my complicated concerns, taken copious notes, and been thorough with helping me. We talk once a month and they are available to me whenever I need to ask a question. AND once they got all of my accounts and information together, they setup all kinds of valuable reports that even my CPA was impressed with. TRUST ME, They are BETTER for the money than the other popular 'BOOKS' company!

Bench has been a lifesaver! I never wanted to do my own bookkeeping and finding someone to work with was taking too long.
