Oh my goodness....what a happy surprise it was when I was surfing the internet trying to find one puzzle shop that had many of the puzzles I was looking for!!! I am a puzzle snob in that only certain type of puzzles appeal to me. Not only did I find my Disney puzzles, I was pleasantly surprised to find some fun AJP brand puzzles that I hadn’t seen before. Even though I live in USA, the package arrived promptly! The box looked a bit banged up, so I was worried about the contents! It felt like Christmas as I opened my bubble wrap and all my puzzles were undamaged and waiting to be put together. After my daughter and I did Disney Vintage Posters, I posted it on FB and everyone wanted to know where I had gotten it! I passed on the name of your delightful store! Ravens burger and Educa is not sold here. So they had never heard of it. I am looking for Educa Mickey’s Dream and Ravensburger Mickey as artist. Do you carry those? If so let me know so I can place another order!

Customer Service was effective but the puzzle arrived 9 days late for Father's Day. The site said, "order in time for Father's Day". I missed the fact that it was coming from Europe. I ordered 18 days before Father's Day and the Alljigsaw was quick to create the custom order. But, the shipping took forever; for some reason, it sat in New York for five days.

I wasn't sure what to expect, as their phone number was not European, so I thought it was a company in the states that could get European puzzles not normally sold in the USA. Great! They stated it would be about 2 weeks for delivery, which told me the puzzles would be coming from Europe. Great! When the box arrived however.... it was basically a bunch of cardboard taped together w/o a care as to its contents. The Library puzzle, being smaller, was fine. The other box was damaged, crushed, and not pristine -as it should've been. Collectors of puzzles as myself expect their puzzles from overseas to be packed carefully in a good box perhaps even with packing. Because of my very first experience with this company, I probably will not buy from them in the future. Have a great day

Ordered a puzzle and had it shipped overseas from UK to US. It was impressively quick and was packaged very securely for the trip.

Love the puzzle. Wish they provided a picture of the puzzle other than that on the box like others do, The box top gets in the way. Delivery was slooooow.
