Great. Shipment was taking longer than expected and was unable to find tracking on any shipping website. Emailed and got immediate response back. Showed up exactly when they said it would!

Received puzzle in short amount of time and packaged well. The transfer of the digital photo to jigsaw pieces was good. The image was clear. The pieces were sealed in a plastic bag to insure none were lost. The only thing keeping me from rating five stars was the actual shape of the pieces. We have done lots of puzzles before and never had so many that were nearly interchangeable. It certainly increased the level of difficulty.

Pictures uploaded look good when reviewed on your siite and pictures on jigsaw real blurry!!! Son of a biscuit, there goes $100, waste of money. More importantly disappointing my wife and my sister on their special occasion!!!NEVER AGAIN

Haven't put the puzzle together fully yet, just the edges. I am very saddened by the quality however. For how much I paid, I would have hoped for the pieces to not have been peeling easily/already. Am however stoked to finish the puzzle and see what all is included around the map.
