Exchanged/upgraded a frame. It was a fair deal and build of new bike was carried out professionally.

Preferable to eBay - a great opportunity to access a reliably high spec of bikes and gear otherwise available via unreliable or unknown sources.

Bought a winter bike from Cycle Exchange. The experience was very good no hitches no problems regarding delivery or timescale. The bike was in the condition described on the website. It was assembled very easily as most of the work had already been done on the bike. I have no complaints and I would use Cycle Exchange again

Cycle Exchange bought my Pinarello Gan road bike and gave me a fair price. It was collected free of charge and the money was paid promptly as stated. Would recommend this company without hesitation and thank them for their help.

My first experience of Cycle Exchange. The online buying bit is quite straight forward, but then after paying a load of money you get an automated email and zero else. Was never told when it was coming and then after 5 days it did. Paid £85 for it to be delivered so be careful as you don’t get many options other than this silly amount. Ok so the bike turns up which was a canyon grail. I have had a lot of bikes and putting together the handlebars was a lot more complicated than I have ever seen but you don’t get any instructions just a box with a bike. So I kind of feel it wasn’t the best experience but I might have been unlucky

As a very much beginner cyclist looking for a good value road bike to get me going I’m so glad I visited Cycle Exchange. For less than the budget I planned to spend on a new bike I came away with a far better used cycle in great condition. Hazel advised me on the correct size and I was able to test the bikes that were suitable and found the bike for me. Couldn’t be happier and the bike is already clocking up the miles.

Everything was great! Only reason I gave 4: stars is because the cost to deliver was almost €100 and then I still had to pay another €134 for vat . Basically 55% of the cost was on logistics.
