I’ve had my bike serviced here 3 or 4 times. Alex has worked on my bike every time I’ve been and he does a great job. Told me I only needed a level 2 service when I’d booked a level 3, etc. Always communicates well about what’s going on and gets the job done super fast. Very happy with my experiences. I also spoke with Luke on the phone about buying a new wheel set and he went through all my options and helped me make a choice that I was happy with. Great shop and the coffee and cake are great too!

I would definitely recommend purchasing from this site and would do again should I be lucky enough to buy another bike one day. The bike was dispatched quickly and I had it within 6 days of order. It was very well protected and packed up. I knew from the description there was a little scrape on derailleur and the skewer but I was pleasantly surprised at how immaculate the bike looked. It arrived so clean and apart from the scrapes, it looked brand new! It rides well and didn't need any tuning.
