Very simple sale - I asked a couple of questions online, ordered the bike then arranged a time to pick it up. The bike was waiting and it was a very quick an easy purchase to make. The staff were really friendly so you can't ask for more than that.

Purchased the BMC Frameset and initially there was a couple of items missing from the stem setup and a cover for the seatstay. This was resolved without any issue. Really pleased with Frame and customer service experience, plenty of communication. Will definitely use again.

I have had an excellent experience here twice in the last month. First time I had screwed up an Ultegra cable change. The guys rescued my mistake without charging a load of money. Today I needed a new single speed freewheel. They sold me one and fitted it for the retail price of the item, on the spot. The bikes for sale in here look excellent and the cafe is also very nice. Lovely spot in Kingston with easy parking to get to. The bikes are at a fantastic price, the quality is amazing and the team working there are incredibly knowledgeable. I recently purchased a Trek bike from Cycle Exchange and had an unknown issue with the saddle stem. Popped back in-store and in less than 5 minutes they had swapped out the troublesome part at no cost and I was on my way again. It's a very professional and slick operation they have running and somewhere I will be going for future bike purchases and servicing. They went out of their way to make sure the issue got resolved for me and have been quick to respond to queries and calls, truly a fantastic bike store.

Cycle exchange offer a great concept for upgrading or changing your bike. I was happy with my purchase and the pricing and exchange quotations seemed fair. This is a great place to thoroughly test ride your new bike our post purchase Beforehand, you can test ride your potential purchase in close proximity to the shop.
