Never heard of Cycle Exchange before, but found them when looking for an upgrade to my Cannondale Synapse. I found a 2023 version which ticked all my boxes with Di2 and hydraulic brakes. I made a call and they answered all my questions and when I arrived to check out the bike it was ready and waiting for me to go for a test ride. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Bike checked and prepared while I waited. Top service, I would recommend them anytime.

Got a good price for my bike without the hassle of selling it privately. The new bike is great and as advertised. There was noted minor damage to some components but it must be so minor that I can't see what they were referring to. Bike is as new for less than half the price of new. Change over was super easy with great helpful staff. No complaints at all. Will use again.

After a stressful drive to get to Cycle exchange, the reception were very welcoming. They checked my trade-in bike within 30 minutes and I was on my way with my replacement which I am very pleased with. It looks like new.

Excellent experience via cycle to work purchase. Ordered bike up front then was refunded once cycle to work voucher was processed (minus admin fee). Customer Support Team, Jack in particular, were very responsive to queries and helpful. Bike great value - very happy.

When the bike arrived it looked like new. I bought a Trek Boone 7 from Cycle exchange specifically for racing cyclocross and it arrived when they promised. I gave it a good test the next day on an offroad course and found the chain was slipped under extreme power, something you'd find hard to notice or replicate on a simple road ride. I spoke with customer services and with no quibbles I was sent a brand new Sram Force cassette within days, got it fitted and raced that weekend with no issues. Great service, have already started to recommend and will use again, its a no brainer, premium bikes at a really good price.
