I tried calling the ph # and it says it is: NO LONGER IN SERVICE, so I tried live chat (1st) and they said they were busy they'd get back to me!...I am UNIMPRESSED with this customer service, they have my money now and i have no service or product! United States | 03 May 2019I called after realizing my payment would not be there at the end o my trial period in 'Cover-Letter-Now' ended. Customer service was informative and convinced me to stay, with help for finding a job. My only concern was, the due date did not change for my upcoming nominal fee. Perhaps I could have gotten a different due date, had I thought to ask. I had to cancel anyway, to avoid a 'bounced check'. The site is good. I will sign up again, while on my job search.

I called to address the issue and received excellent customer service! He understood the situation and rear take a nap on my honesty, and resolve the issue. I was reimbursed and rewarded with further servicing. Definitely using again!

United States | 10 October 2018This site is not actually free even if it states that on the site, shame on them. it isn't expensive, but not free and if you don't delete the site in 14 days then you pay 19.95/month. I tried to go back to find the cover letter I created and it wanted me to start again even though I had one in the system. This is not a user friendly site unless you want to call the company and chat forever with the call center. The young woman who helped me at the call center did help fix an issue I had, but over all don't waste your time here.
