Michael was very patient and helpful. He spent a very long time with me on the phone explaining how to maneuver and set up the cover letters and resumes. He was tolerant of someone who knows very little about the computer. I would recommend him to work with people who are not proficient with computers. Not gonna lie, I thought I was going to get a customer service representative that treated his job like it was a pay check. In the beginning, I thought he sounded like an automated service until I had to got in to address my problems and after that he took it and ran with it. He didn't pressure me, he solved the problem that I initially called in for, and then he followed up with finding a solution which was finding a package deal for someone like me that doesn't have all the time to sit around and play with different softwares and programs all day. His name was "Roman", like Roman Numerals. So because of Roman I am still a customer of Cover Letter,

Too expensive

I was unaware that I was on auto pay and when I realized it I spoke to a wonderful woman that reimburse me for two months great customer service

Excellent service, varied products, easy to use, helped me get the job I wanted. When I go to cancel, no hassels, easy communication, fast efficient and even got part payment refunded back - good company this!

The date on my credit card which started my services does not coincide with the two week trial period. I canceled within this period and hope I am not continues to be charged. I will file a charge back with my credit card company. fyi This is not U.S. based site. Something I will check in the future.
