What isn't great is that I forgot the name of the hotel that I'm supposed to park my car in, and my reciept doesn't have any information on that whatsoever. I'll be able to find it again, but information like the lot address, arrival time, and shuttle schedule should really be included in with the purchase reciept.

United States | 21 June 2024Everything from start to finish; I called for directions to the parking and gentleman that answered the phone had an nasty attitude. He directed me to a parking lot at a Dunkin Donuts where I was made to leave my car unattended. And basically he said come to this parking lot or else do what you want. I was picked in a pick up truck to the airport. Upon my return, I called to be picked to get the same attitude and to told by the gentleman ( if I can call him that) that he can only pick up the driver (me), but if I took care of him he would try to pick up my party. I told him I had free shuttle, he said it wasn’t free, it a complimentary shuttle ( not sure of the difference). I drove us to the front of a grocery store at 12:30 a.m. where people were drinking and smoking marihuana while our luggage was on the sidewalk. The guy proceeded by going somewhere in the area to get my vehicle. I have no problem dea where my car was parked from the time I left to the time I came back until handled over my keys. I will never use this place or site ever again. A complete nightmare.

United States | 15 June 2024I reserved a parking spot at a hotel because I needed a shuttle ride to airport. The receipt I have confirms it. I called for help, but couldn't get any! I almost missed my flight!! My receipt says reserved parking for shuttle. Now they sent another email stating "no shuttle". They wint refund my money I paid for airport parking and in advance for this spot I didn't get to use. What a mess. I would not recommend them.

United States | 12 June 2024HORRIBLE SERVICE We used their Long term parking service last week at SFO international airport and it was extremely frustrating. We called +1 6505839600 given in the booking confirmation multiple times and no one picks up the phone at the Hotel side and each time I ended up getting redirected via IVR to Way.com team who express their helplessness in not being able to reach anyone in the Hotel or Parking lot from their end too. We waited for almost 1 hr 20 mins during which the shuttles of Park n fly came 8 times, Park n Go came 4 times and Anza Parking came 3 times . Having just come back from a long international flight, we ended up taking an Uber to go to Travelodge SFO Airport Parking Lot to pick up our car and go home. When I reported this to their Customer support, they just dismissed it off saying the shuttle is complementary and they do not have any control or commitment about it. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN
