United States | 21 July 2024My car was stolen some time during my vacation, and for some unknown reason the place where I parked does not have cameras around the parameter, just only at the front door! Tried calling globalairportparking and they created a help ticket for me that no one never followed up on, then I called back after a few days and they told me “you’re on the priority list, so someone will get back to you shortly” but I never got a call back or even an email!!! Eventually my car was recovered, but the damages done to it still needs to be answered for. Why offer parking at a place with minimal security and why has no one on the support team gotten back to me!!!

United States | 19 July 2024After a 9-hour international flight with five family members (to include two elderly/handicapped and a pregnant daughter) I planned to take the shuttle to the parking facility and return to pick up my family. The shuttle never arrived. I used the text service initially and after waiting 20 minutes I called and was told "the shuttle is on the way." I subsequently called two other times and was told the same thing. In the meantime, other parking lot shuttles arrived at least 4-6 times over the one-hour period I waited for a shuttle. I ended up taking a taxi to the parking area. I tried to get reimbursement for the taxi, but no one was in the office. Never again.

United States | 12 July 2024That the car was unharmed. We were worried on our trip because there was a lot of cars with broken window. We decided to park on the very top, where it was outside no roof because that floor did not have glass broken. Please send somebody to clean up other floors. We would have extended our trip but because of what we saw on that parking we did not.

United States | 10 July 2024I book with them 10 hours in advance. When I showed up to park I was told I needed to call 36 hours in advance to use the shuttle. Ended up having to park at the airport.

United States | 05 July 2024I made a reservation and the next day I saw a better coupon. I emailed the company about cancelling the first reservation and rebooked another. Almost immediately I received an email that the first one was cancelled.

United States | 04 July 2024I paid for parking, got a reservation number and there was no where for me to park. If you are going to do reservations, make sure that there is parking available before charging people's card.

United States | 03 July 2024Reserved Hilton parking where I had a stay for a night before departure and shuttle to the airport in the morning to MSY. They Switched my parking last minute to another hotel where there is no shuttle and Called it an upgrade. When I reached out, they said the hotel staff is not accepting parking. I would have atleast booked the MSY airport parking which needs to be done 24hours in advance. Couldn't do that either.

United States | 02 July 2024I prepaid global parking at the Sheraton/Philadelphia airport. My flight landed at 10:30pm on Saturday night in the rain. I tried calling 8 times and finally someone answered. He said he would send the van. I waited 35 minutes, no one came. I paid & shared a Lyft ride with with other stranded travelers to get to my car. I’m a 70 yr old and was stranded at night in the rain.

United States | 02 July 2024I have been booking parking spot with Global Airport Parking (GAP) for years, mostly every other week. So much that the shuttle driver and hotel reps know me well. Lately, GAP has developed lack of transparency; they advertise $5 but charge $8, this was before the taxes and fees. I booked a 4 days parking at DoubleTree at IAH today and I was charged $32 before tax. When I reached out to customer service they claimed that it was because of increased needs. This was and had never the case. Why advertise $5 and silently up-charge customers an additional $3? I think the reason they didn’t advertise $8 was that it would be more expensive than parking at the other location near the airport. I could even book directly with the hotel and save money. My problem is the lack of transparency and false clams that the price is dependent on needs and availability.

United States | 02 July 2024I tried to book Regal parking in Phila. The rate says 6.20/daily. The total prior to taxes was $45. I called to inquire since I have used Global parking many times and the price listed is always correct. The representative told me that the prices are an estimate only. This is false advertisement. The listed price does not state estimated prices. I also emailed customer service this past weekend and have not received a response. Therefore, I am paying $20 more that the advertised price. This is fraudulent advertisement.
