Had a last minute cancellation because my daughter got sick. Requested a refund and was denied because we cancelled day of. I complained that the illness was sudden and unforeseeable. After I provided documentation, they gave me a refund. I appreciate them working with me and doing the right thing in the end, but I wish they would have started with a more helpful approach instead of just saying "no" and making me push them on it.

My experience with Global Airport Parking was an absolute nightmare. Against my better judgment, I followed the advice of a hotel front desk member in the Baltimore Washington area, only to plunge into a vortex of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction. From the get-go, it was evident that this operation was a shambles. The rushed chaos of trying to catch the shuttle was just the beginning of my ordeal. Upon realizing a mere nine minutes after making a reservation at 5:04 AM that I had accidentally booked an additional seven days of parking, I reached out to the company in a desperate attempt to rectify my mistake. To my dismay, what ensued was a display of utter indifference and refusal to accommodate. Despite my prompt notification of the error, Global Airport Parking callously brushed aside any notion of offering a credit, refund, or even the slightest gesture of goodwill. Their obstinate refusal to acknowledge their customer's genuine mistake speaks volumes about their lack of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. In summary, my interaction with Global Airport Parking was nothing short of a cautionary tale. Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy being treated with contempt and disdain.

Great support from customers service

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! I was flying out of a local airport and they offered parking in a hotel that was near the airport. I parked there for a week. On my way out, the hotel parking lot attendants charged me full price because the hotel had no parking arrangement with Global parking! So essentially I was sold a product that did not exist. Global refunded me the money I had paid them upfront, but that was half of what parking at the hotel cost me! Parking at the airport would have been cheaper than the cost of uber+full hotel parking. Please avoid them , they are frauds!

The service appears to be a good idea but the execution is meh at best. I parked at the Hilton airport hotel and suites. Absolutely the WORST experience. The driver told me only after I had waited for 30 mibnutes, that he does not drive the couple miles to the International terminal. That we should have been told. I had already paid for several days and now past the refundable deadline, particularly after the long wait and their not knowing of his whereabouts. He literally told me to catch the uber/lyft which was @$38 which would render parking at Holiday Inn Central Avenue, the most EXPENSIVE of all parking options in the state. Upon my return, I was admonished and invalidated for having not called them for a pick up. This was after taking the airport shuttle from international to domestic, following the instructions on the hotels answering service. She continued to disrespect me yet not send a shuttle. And then explained that She DIDNT know WHEN I WOULD BE PICKED UP. After over an hour, I took a taxi to my car. For international travelers, a 2 hour immigration interrogation line, a long travel day then THIS? A HARD NEVER AGAIN.

I felt completely cheated by your web page, because the distance from the Holyday Inn Houston Airport parking to Intercontinental Airport of Houston (IAH) was not what you said. The hotel is much more further, and that almost made me lose my flight. Please, verify the distance that parking lots tells you.

Good customer service. Support cancelled my reservation. Did not make it due to crazy traffic.

Overall pricing was good what I did not like was the extra charge for SUV's and oversize vehicles. Booking online was a breeze.

Would be good to have an option to filter would be want. Don’t take too much time to choose or see long list. Example: Shuttle available, shuttle time, that we can see the options as we need and available. Now we see many options when we see it says shuttle at not is not available or is not available in the time we booked

Easy to book, cheaper than port parking.

This site was easy to follow and not a scam, so far. I will see how the total experience goes after we park on Fri 5/3 and return on 5/12.

The process of signing up is user friendly, lots of options for parking, “Pick your price feature”. They send coupons by mail. At the Hotel - the receiving attendant is always professional and helpful. The Shuttle leaves and picks up on time, very friendly and professional drivers.
