I got what seems to be a decent deal on airport parking yesterday. It was MUCH MORE AGGRAVATING than it should have been, due to Global advertising prices that do not include taxes and fees that really bump up the cost Seems this is a common feature for airport parking sites: you see a teaser price but the actual one only AFTER you've tried to zero in on the one that's right for you; the extra cost can be more than 15%. If these are not sales taxes imposed on the transaction, but costs of doing business such as an airport fee on shuttles, Global & others should not pretend they're customers' obligation. And if they ARE explicit taxes on transactions, they could be shown in the price. But it stinks. If taxes & fees are not optional, they should be included in the advertised price. That'd improve customers' trust

I feel I was pressured to reserve the day of purchase. They lured me in with a $5 off coupon. Then as I went to check out there was no place to enter it. I expected them to present it but the opportunity never came.

A year ago, do to CoVid, I asked and was given a credit for my reserved parking. Recently, I requested assistance from Global Parking in using it for a new online reservation. They were prompt returning clear and concise information on how to do so. I continually find the website easy to use on making my reservations and finding exceptional parking facilities.

Easy access. Driver was nice and on time. We called for a return ride and they we there within a few minutes. We has no issues.

Ease of. Booking snd dropping off as well as shuttle service

The shuttle experience back from the cruise was unorganized and awful. We waited over and hour and only got on the next shuttle because I called and complained. A couple waiting with us took and UBER instead. I was extremely disappointed that it was not handled in a more professional manner.
