United States | 10 January 2025Easy to make a reservation & secure parking! After the fact I noticed I entered the wrong time. (AM vs PM) for my return. Sent an email to support and within a few hours received a reply with an updated confirmation showing the correct time!!

United States | 04 January 2025They only take cash at the parking area. We were never notified of this. If we hadn't brought extra cash, we would have missed out cruise. We had used a credit card to pay the deposit online, but when we showed up to park, there was a looooong sloooow line because they were checking us off a paper sheet (not a tablet or phone).

Costa Rica | 03 January 2025when I arrived at the Howard Johnsons EWR parking located in north bergen NJ the front desk clerk informed me they do not provide parking at this location. he also said, others stop asking the same thing. thankfully I was with just enough time to find another site and barely made my flight on time. this is the first time I've had a bad experience using your service, but it will make me feel less confident moving forward.

United States | 02 January 2025This was by far our worst Parking experience ever at Orlando Int'l................(Sun. 12/22 - 12/29) Your roadway is not paved and is in fact potholed like a 'war zone'. Wait for shuttle to Airport was somewhere over 40 min. Return was worse..............waited well over 1 hour at airport with no one manning your phones to get information. You were only running the small van which is disgustingly dirty inside. Once at your lot it took another 40 minutes for your limited staff to retrieve our car. I doubt if we will ever use you again.

United States | 23 December 2024Absolute scam of a company. DO NOT USE THEM! At 6:07 PM on the 22nd, I made a reservation for 12/23/2024 6PM - 12/27/2024 8PM. When I made the reservation, I was instantly billed and received a receipt saying I had a parking reservation for 1 day. It had reserved the day I made the reservation at 6PM - 9PM. I called the company to file an issue and was told due to *policy* I could not get a refund or change my reservation dates because it was *after* check in. Again, I made the reservation at 6:07 PM on the 22nd for the dates 23rd - 27th, received a confirmation at 6:11 PM, but I was charged for the 22nd for a reservation from 6PM - 9PM. That set off red flags immediately. I asked for a refund and was told no, no, no, no, no. "It's policy, we can't access a way to refund you." I'm livid. I lost money for something I did not order AND I was ABLE to be charged for a check in time that was already past due. This company is absolutely disgraceful. Do not use them, please!

I was told that the website was updated and that it was now $14. something. Total scam. You just can’t trust those people. Don’t waste your time with this company. It’s false advertising.
