United States | 31 December 2021I had a pleasant experience parking at the Marriott courtyard near RSW. The staff at the Marriott were friendly and helpful. The shuttle back from r s w to the courtyard was clean. I had minimal time to wait for the shuttle. Less than 10 minutes.

United States | 30 December 2021Website is very easy to navigate. There is usually a coupon of some sort available which is nice. I typically use the Crowne Plaza by the St Louis Airport and they are great to work with. Love Global parking and use it every time I fly out of St Louis.

United States | 30 December 2021Global Airport Parking is a very convenient option provided to travellers. I just wish you had shuttles running more often. Every 30 minutes is a little sparse. I understand COVID is probably effecting this. Hence 4 versus 5 star rating.

United States | 28 December 2021Just to inform everyone that reads this review. I DID NOT give Global Airport Parking a 4 or 5 star rating. O gave them a ONE STAR RATING! I REPEAT! I GAVE THEM A 1 STAR RATING. Global changed by review to show a 4 star rating. To me, that also shows a lack of character from this company. I will never use this agency again because they proved 5heir dishonesty. My review is as follows. It was not bad, but it did not the faults in their system, which would be an easy fix. Obviously, they care about their ratings or fake ratings, than correcting their basic issues. I would have given a little better review but first you need to revise some things. Your information just needs a little better description of the procedure process, it needs to be more succinct. Tell people they have to go into the parking garage and find their own parking, take the first parking spot available. Tell them to leave their baggage at the front drive just outside of the Lobby, the shuttle does not go into the parking area to pick people and their luggage up. So if they go park first, they have to drag their luggage all the way back down to the porter area. They will need their car make, model, and license plate number, plus the parking space number they are in. Small things like this could relieve a lot of headaches. We were first time users of your service on Christmas Day 2021, and when we got to the Crown Plaza, Phoenix SKY Harbor Airpirt, there were no parking spots available, NOT ONE SPOT. EVEN THE DESK CLERK SAID SHE HAD TO PARK IN A RED ZONE. When we booked with your agency, it said that covered parking was available. It would be nice to have better communication so other customers do not have the say agonizing experience that we did, on top of trying to catch a plane. We arrived 2:45 prior to our departure. The hotel desk clerk and security guard scrambled around to find us a parking space. So whom ever has the arrangements with Global, you need to realize that the Crown Plaza in Phoenix went out of their way, with a smile on their face to make sure we were taken care of. You can not just have a business that provides a services, charges for that service and not think about the ramifications in situations like this. You had Crown Plaza pick up your customer service side of your business and you should be very grateful. I hope you CEO makes that appreciation known. Mrs. Rita Todd

United States | 28 December 2021This is for Premier Cruise Parking. I would NEVER recommend them in their current state of doing business. I drove 2 1/2 hours from Naples, got lost twice (once was trying to find the parking garage). Then once I found the correct location, the scanner at the entrance to the parking garage would not accept my QR code, so I had to use my debit card to get in. I called the phone number I had written down to get some help and got a recording - nobody's there. I found another phone number in the paperwork I'd printed out and when I called, asking where the Premier Cruise Parking was because I didn't see any signage at the entrance or any indication of where to go once you get inside the parking garage... the man on the phone yelled at ME telling me to read all the paperwork and follow directions!!! After he was done yelling at me and arguing with me, he finally asked me where I was and told me that I needed to go to the 7th level... where I found a more helpful gentleman who helped me with my bags and showed me where to park and gave me a slip of paper with a bar code to use when exiting so my card would not be charged for the parking. I appreciate that the shuttle was included in the price. Upon returning, I was fortunate to take the first shuttle back from the cruise port. The driver told me to use the elevator to get to where my car was parked. The elevator filled up so I decided to wait and take the next one. I pushed the button and waited but no elevator came -- I don't know what happened to all the people who got on, but... it never came back, so I walked with my luggage up to the next level and found my car. As I was leaving the garage, the gates were up and the scanner was not functioning so I don't know if I will be charged twice for parking. I hope not! As I exited the building, I was blocked by a taxi unloading passengers and their luggage. One of the passengers knocked on the window of the shuttle which was also just leaving. She said that her group had waited over an hour for the shuttle but nobody came, so they took a taxi. She was instructed that they could take the elevator up to level 7 and find their car... she tried to summon the elevator, but stated that it was broken. I left. I hope they got some help. Good points? My car was still there, safe and sound. I was lucky my experience with the shuttle was good. Bad points? Whoever answered the phone was rude, nasty, argumentative and told me that I should follow directions, instead of helping me. Whoever runs this company should give this guy some lessons in customer service, and empathy for little old ladies on disability from effects of chemo and radiation treatments for breast cancer. Whoever runs this company should install signage on the front of the parking garage so people know that this is the right parking garage. Whoever owns this company should install signage at the entrance scanner and gate to tell people that Premier Cruise Parking is located on LEVEL 7. Whoever owns this company should hire a customer service person to be at the entrance gate to welcome customers and help them get in the gate and find the location on Level 7. Whoever owns this company should have a customer service person at the cruise port to make sure returning customers are in the right place to catch the shuttle and to make sure the shuttles are running frequently so nobody has to wait over an hour for the shuttle and finally get their own taxi... COMMUNICATION is lacking at this company. It is so important and so EASY to do if you just put yourself in the shoes of your customers and make sure you are meeting their needs. But, seriously, either get that guy on the phone some serious customer service and communications training, or fire him. He's making your whole operation look like it's run by socio-phobic psychopaths!!!!!

United States | 25 December 2021The only problem we encountered is the instructions you give to meet your shuttle, going to Miami pier. Your instructions say, once in the parking garage keep making right turns. If I did I would hit a wall. Its left turns all the way up to the 7th level. Everything else was perfect! Driver was courteous and helpful, we didn't have to wait long for the return shuttle. I will definitely use your service again.
