We had an emergency come up and had to cancel our trip. I emailed Global and within 30Minutes I had a full refund.

Poor confirmation. Didn’t receive the complete address to the hotel didn’t know it was outdoor parking until it was paid for the endless never again. No customer service

I had a good deal on parking using Global parking. When I had to cancel my trip, it was cancelled with just one email and my refund is processed for full amount.

DO NOT USE!!! We ended up not using their parking, they refused to refund us, and never contacted the hotel we were parking there. So, the hotel had no records to even refund us. It was a big run-around with global and the hotel. Just pay airport parking because their customer service doesn’t listen to you.
