Worst online parking . Tired to cancel my parking due to not having a shuttle. They never sent my money back and when i asked them - they asked for my personal bank records to show proof. Like im sending you my bank statements. So outta money

Shuttle drivers are always courteous. If they are in the parking lot when they see you pull in, they will wait for you.

Great customer service. I needed to change my parking reservation dates. The rep said I should cancel and rebook instead, and gave me an immediate full refund so I could re-book.

Had my catalytic converter stolen at Days Inn North DFW Irving. Then, on Dec 23 tried to park for my flight at dame location ( closer to the front hopefully to keep from getting vandalized) and there were NO spots. Even hotel guests were double parking. Went to the front desk to ask if I could double park and leave my keys so they could move the vehicle later. Nope, Then I’m told “ well then your reservation is cancelled. Now I’m in utter panic as I have a flight to catch. Desk Jockey could care less. I know I’m a second class citizen to them being a parker only and not hotel guest but this is a bunch of crap. Finally parked in a hashtag area and worried. Had, HAD to catch my flight. Called next day and thankfully was told vehicle wouldn’t be towed. Wasn’t sure whether to believe them but had no choice. Thankfully it was there. But Days Inn no more
