First time user and in Miami for a cruise . Amazing service THye called me to make sure I could find location and it was easy Winston took us to and from the terminal and was very helpful and chatty Would certainly use them again

They have no customer service and zero willingness or ability to own their product. They are running a bait and switch operation which talks about shuttle service etc. After you swipe your card the receipt and confirmation email state that the shuttle service is complimentary and they cannot offer refunds etc. They basically could not care any less after your card is swiped. Avoid this company at all costs. If there is a problem it is all on you to get it corrected.
