There was nothing about an additional charge for a van when l booked and paid and then when I got there and opened email to check in they changed my $70 more dollars.

SCAM BEWARE! The shuttle dropped us on the wrong terminal. On the day of arrival, the shuttle is not available. At 11pm, tired and exhausted the parking was 4 miles away from the airport. Called the shuttle 4x, no answer. Called hotel 5X (green tree inn), no answer, only voicemail. We had to pay taxi $30 just to get back to the parking. The next day, I called customer service and was told that the shuttle is COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE ONLY, may or may not be available. I thought I saved $ 4 vs ECOPARK but ended up paying more for the taxi going back to the parking area.

You need to get software that allows you to adjust a parking reservation. I needed to add 1 day to it and there is no way to do that. Instead I have to get a refund that takes 7 to 10 business days and rebook for what I know need.

Global parking has been very kind and answer our questions or reply to our email promptly plus we really appreciate their cancellation policy and great prices! Tip for future shuttle riders, they sometimes fill up very fast so give yourself extra time in case the hotel you choose is using fewer shuttles to make rounds (other lots may have multiple shuttles running the same time). Our experience has been smooth with them and planning to use them again soon for our next trip. Thank you!

I just used Global airport parking to travel for Thanksgiving, and they claim they were saving me 50%, which wasn't true. When my QR code didn't work, I had to pull a ticket and I had already prepaid. Upon return, the rate directly through the parking lot was cheaper than Global airport parking, and they wouldn't honor the lower rate. There claim to be 50% less wasn't true. I'll never use them nor will I recommend them. Do not use. Go directly to the parking lots websites.

Right after booking my parking reservation my flight plans changed. It was late at night, I couldn't talk to anyone and decided to call the next morning. Even though it was time for me to be there to park, they refunded my money anyway because they looked up and knew that I tried to cancel the night before. I am very thankful they honored my refund. Would definitely use Global again.

Avoid GAP if at all possible. I made a reservation on the Global Airport Parking webpage for 8 days and paid online. My travel plans changed and I needed to cancel the reservation (1 week BEFORE the reservation was to start). As per the instructions on my GAP receipt/confirmation, I went to their website to cancel. That option is not available. I called the help number and was told that I needed to download the WAY app on my phone. They stepped me through it, but never got it to work. I complained and they finally cancelled the reservation on the phone. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'd give them a zero if it was possible. This is sad. I have used GAP in the past and they gave good service. NOW, it is horrible!

Made a reservation that I like, but had the arrival and departure times wrong. I wanted to change the times and could not. Was told I needed to cancel for full refund and book a new reservation. That is the only downside, have to wait 7-10 business days. Love everything else, can cancel up to 1 minute prior to arrival.

I was disappointed that the hotel shuttle was not running and I had no notice. I almost missed my flight in trying to set up an Uber account to catch a ride. I could have parked my car at my relatives in Atlanta and Uber. I ended up paying for parking and uber to and from the airport. Very bad experience.

Had reservation to Park for one week at Best Western McCarren Las Vegas NV. Paid by credit card. Just got notice global canceled my reservation sign no explanation. This company is not trustworthy. Avoid them.

I reserved a parking space for an upcoming cruise leaving from Miami, FL. After making the reservation, I realized that my cruise actually leaves from Fort Lauderdale. I checked my reservation confirmation email and saw that I needed to call a customer service number to cancel. I called the customer service number to cancel, but I was asked if I had tried to cancel the reservation through the Way app. I informed the agent that the instructions for cancellation and refund were to call the phone number or email provided. He then texted me a link for the Way app and asked me to download it to cancel the reservation. I asked if he was not able to cancel the reservation on his end. He told me that he could do so and told me to download the app while he cancels my reservation so that I could start saving money on gas. I informed him that I didn't want to download the app, so he cancelled the reservation and told me I should see a refund within 10 days. I received a cancellation confirmation email and my refund shows as pending in my bank account, but the entire process seemed a little shady. The strong push to have me download an app that is not mentioned anywhere in the company's marketing or their website made me very uncomfortable.
