I’ve never been disappointed using Global Airport Parking. Their rates are comfortable and reasonable for my budget. The staff response is excellent also.

I reserved 2 parking spaces as we were traveling with another couple. Due to an illness they had to cancel their trip I notified Global by email to cancel one space. This was late on a Saturday and by Sunday morning a refund was already issued. Very efficient and easy. Thank you!

I reserved parking spot one month before my travel which is 8 mins away from ORD but 2 days before my travel the parking lot got changed 30 mins away from ORD. This cost me big Inconvenience and will cost more for to and pro UBER due to no shuttle service. When I reached customer service someone named JANET talked very rude and not at all ready to listen my concern. She is proving $5 for all the inconvenience and talking in a way that i should be lucky to get this new spot, to get $5 & change notification. It sounds like she is doing me a favor for something I don’t deserve. Very poor, rude, non listening attitude towards customer. Not at all kind and not allowing customer to talk rather she is just overlapping all the time.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my reservation due to illness bad enough that I won't be able to go on my trip to Scotland. I got a full refund! Will definitely use then again!

I had an emergency (car broke down day of my reservation and had to go in to shop so I had to find alternate travel plans that didn’t involve parking.) As per their policy I was entitled to no refund on a 19 day reservation and I explained my situation hoping for understanding and a credit for my next trip. Thomas checked with his supervisor (who’s name he refused to give me) who he said denied my request and when I asked repeatedly to speak with the supervisor I was parked in a 30 minute musaque hold from which I eventually hung up. I called the lot directly and spoke with attendant there who was MORE THAN HAPPY to reschedule my reservation to April 2024 and thereby keep me from losing a couple hundred bucks. In the future I will find the garages through their site, google the phone number and book with them directly and cut this company out of any penny of commission they would have made off of me. I respect their right to their policies and to choose to strictly follow them but I as a consumer have policies too. One of them is to not do business with companies like this that care more about grabbing every penny they can with no regard for customers need and providing customer service. Got my parking lot guys direct contact now so no more GAP EVER!

I saw this lot available for parking at the airport. It does not say where it is specifically. When I messaged the I go a reply hours later, and I still have no idea where they are at. No contact number listed online. There have to be better options than this!

bait and switch from advertised price to check out. Price doubled was told it was due to market pricing, but I had sceen shot from the advertised price to check out price. They charged a $5.00 fee to cancel. Don’t use this site.

Our flight was at 5:50AM. Planned to park at 3:45 and take the shuttle to the airport at 4AM. We specifically booked a hotel parking lot that had a shuttle. We showed up that morning and the hotel tells us they are full and we can't park there, and that Global Parking should let us know. We were never notified. I called Global and they put me on hold for a couple minutes and then came back and said they had moved our reservations to a new hotel 20 minutes away. We did not choose this new hotel. We were cutting it close to our flight so we started driving there and called that hotel. They didn't have a shuttle to the airport... By that time its almost 4:30, so we booked an Uber for 35 bucks (before tip) and made it to the airport around 4:50, got through dropping off our luggage and through security and barely made it to our flight. It was the same on the way back, another 35 bucks for an uber, so we ended up spending over 80 dollars above what we planned... so $125 TOTAL for a week of parking. It would have been cheaper to just Uber to and from the airport... I called afterward and asked if there was any way of refunding the parking, since it ended up costing 3 times over what it was supposed to, and they kept saying on their end WE rebooked to a hotel that didn't offer complimentary shuttle services, so technically they couldn't do anything about it. We park at the airport every time we fly. This is our first time using Global Parking, and it is also the last.

The process of reserving a parking spot was straightforward, and plenty of appropriate options were presented. I had to cancel my reservation, and the service I received was prompt and polite. I would recommend.
