If we drive to the airport we always stay at Global. They are friendly and shuttles are running all the time. Very efficient!

There were no parking spaces, after I had reserved a space. I had to circle a few times to find a space only to find one that may or may not have been a space. There was no attendant when I left. A worker had to let me out of the garage. The ticket you get upon entering the garage, has do differential in knowing if you paid in advance for the airport parking discount or the hotel parking which is $40. A worker kindly let me exit the garage. This process needs to be better at this location in crystal city at crowne plaza hotel.

Unfortunately had to cancel our parking reservation BUT while I emailed this company due to being a Sunday morning instead of a phone call they immediately answered my email and set up the refund! Never even had to call…great customer service, we will use them again 😊

Broken into DAMAGED. I parked my vehicle at Embassy suites, Triangle in Raleigh in Durham. The vehicle was broken into on 20 September 2023 the police found the damage. Nobody notified me! I returned back on September 29 at 11 o’clock to discover my vehicle full of rain. I was not notified that the vehicle was broken into.

Booked to arrive at T2 multi storey on 21st of September to be met by a Chauffeur who would take our car and securely park it elsewhere. The Chauffeur never appeared and we were not able to reach by telephone. We had no option but to leave our car in a space on level 1 till we return home on 1st October. I am hoping our car has not been removed while we are on holiday and we do not have to pay outrageous fees. Your help would be appreciated in this matter.

Had a truly awful experience today with the Valet Parking at the Southampton Cruise Terminal after returning from a cruise with P&O. The issue, in fairness, lies with the subcontractor that Global Parking Services use here - a company called Southampton Valet Ltd who are completely useless. So, after leaving our cruise we went to the short stay car park at 10:00 to collect our vehicle only to find literally dozens of very agitated clients of GPS / SVL waiting for their cars. Some of these people had booked an 8:00 pick up and were still waiting at 10:00. To say tempered were fraying is an understatement, Hampshire Police had to attend to try to sort out the situation. Eventually a few cars arrived for collection and the on site reps offered to take some of us to the car park to collect our vehicles in person. So, SVL took us to the WestQuays Multi Storey Car Park handed over car keys and told us where our cars were parked - or at least on which level of this huge 15 storey car park they were on - in my case level 7. Only, my car wasn’t on level 7 - there then followed a 2 hour search for my vehicle (involving calls to the security office to check their ANPR system and the kind assistance of a security guard) before I eventually found it on level 2C. When I drove back to the Cruise Terminal to collect my wife and our luggage about a third of the people I had seen 2 hours previously were still waiting, including a few of the 8:00 bookings. It my absence the victims of SVL had been chatting to Port Staff who confirmed the company wasn’t registered or licensed for meet and greet parking and were known to be extremely dodgy. They actually operate a scam - SVL park your vehicle in a multi storey for a weekly charge of £35. It seems that this isn’t authorised by the multi-storey operators who were outraged when I called their security office. So, GPS charge their clients £130 for a weeks parking, subcontract to SVL who then improperly dump your car in a non secure multi-storey that costs them £35 and a healthy profit is made by all. I suspect that SVL are entirely aware that they shouldn’t use the multi-storey and probably move the cars around during the week to make it less likely that their activities are less likely to be noticed by the multi-storey operators. This would perhaps explain why my vehicle was 5 floors away from where SVL said it was located. So SVL are rogue operators but Global Parking Service's have, in my humble opinion, been utterly negligent in engaging the services of a cowboy operation and have failed in their duty of care to their clients.

I was not accorded the response that was professional when I reported the unfortunate incident. I was already frustrated, and I was not ready to add more to the mix. I only used the services for not more than 3 hours and was charged a full day, let alone declining to refund anything in the first place.

Scheduling with Global Airport Parking is absolutely the BEST. Not only do they have extremely rates, but they are so easy to work with. We had to cancel a three week trip, and they immediately refunded our prepaid parking fee without any questions at all. That is good customer service!!!
