United States | 14 September 2023we were assigned to 'Super e8ight parking JFK parking' in Jamacia Queens NY. The location was totally different than was stated on the receipt. it was a food/ weed cafe, not a hotel. our transportation was an old school bus with broken glass and dents with out-of-state plates. the employee was very rude. there was a parking area between two buildings but it was full, so there was no space for our car. I brought this to the attention of the Global Airport parking Customer service representative and he stated that there was nothing he could do about it because they already paid them. I am totally dissatisfied with my experience and the customer service. this is what is stated: "THE GLOBAL DIFFERENCE: We want to make sure you are getting the best service possible, which is why we partner with only the best locations and encourage our customers to review not only the service we provide but the service our partners provide as well. If we fail to exceed your expectations please let us know so we can make it right! We thank you for your business and look forward to serving your airport and seaport parking needs." They did not make "make it right" they made excuses.

United States | 11 September 2023The parking lot was full and when I called the customer service number there was no response (waited for around 40mins). I had to catch my flight rushed and looked for other alternatives and parked for a higher price. When I called them after few days(this time it took 20 mins before associate picked the call) and explained the situation the associate was least bothered. They confirmed with parking sport and in order to issue refund, they asked me to submit receipt of other parking spot where I parked. When I asked why there was no proper response. I did submit the receipt and then they asked for card statement through which the payment was made. Poor service and not trust worth. I felt they are trying to sell the details.

I reached the parking location and I spent 20 minutes looking for the attendant only to find that there was no attendant. Seeing that I was due at the airport I left and found a location with an attendant. As soon as I passed security I called their CS number to tell them I was at the parking location, but I didn’t find an anyone to validate my parking. The CS was are you still there? I stated that I was not and that I was already past security. She stated that she would not be able to give me a refund since it was past my checkin. I stated that I was at the location but that I did not see anyone to validate my parking payment. She stated that it didn’t matter since I should just park and leave my car. This I was not comfortable doing and that was my reason for leaving. To make a long story short I didn’t get a refund from her or her supervisor. It makes no sense to just leave my car at a lot where everybody else was paying thru a qrs code. So screw them and their no refund policy I will never use or recommend them to anyone!! So beware these jokers!!!!

They have offered better price deals that several other options and I have had good experiences each time. My interaction today was canceling a trip due to hurricanes where I was traveling. I canceled just less than a week ahead and within an hour my refund was on its way!

United States | 08 September 2023No issues with the parking garage itself (contracted partner near LAX), plenty of spaces and most were wide enough for an SUV. The major issue was the shuttle: - Outbound shuttle trip to the airport was extremely jerky (driver aggressively pushed/released the accelerator every 2 seconds); my wife got motion sickness - Return shuttle from the airport took almost an hour. I called after picking up our luggage (was told 5-30 min wait), then again after 30 minutes and was told it would be there any minute...the shuttle didn't arrive for another 15-20 minutes - Return shuttle drove so fast back to the parking structure that my wife and I almost fell out of our seats multiple times Reached out to Global and they apologized but took no responsibility and emphasized the "shuttle services are complimentary"...Global: ANY parking garage can simply rent out free spaces--the shuttle from/to there carries much of the value/risk and shouldn't be dismissed (it's not just icing, it's half the cake).

United States | 07 September 2023Directions were not clear for entering the hotel properly. Parking gates do not recognize the QR code on the printout of the reservation. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. Overall it was an ok experience. This is not the service to use if your plans change. You will not get a refund of any unused days that you paid for upfront.

United States | 04 September 2023We booked with this company using Cambria hotel in RTP. This was our worst experience. We checked in at the front desk and had to wait over 45 minutes for a shuttle ride along with another couple to be dropped off at the airport. Once we arrived back from our travels we were instructed to go wait at a lot that was across the airport way on the other side. I had to call them 6 times to finally be picked up almost and hour after we got our luggage. I will never use this service again and wish I could dispute this charge on my card for a refund. Please improve your service. My suggestions pay a little more and park at the airport to avoid this hassle.

United States | 04 September 2023Booked ramanda hotel atl parking through global atl parking but was told by hotel person it was overbooked through the third party and our car would be towed away. We tried to contact global but could never reach them. We were panic as we need to find a place to park to catch our flight. Very bad experience. Don't book through this website. You may end up in nowhere to park and missing your flight.
