I still have some queries but have been contacted by two people who seem willing to help and have been super so far Trying to contact cycle plan about my policy as involved in an RTA and need to claim. I'm on day 2 now of being passed around and no nearer to getting any advice or clarity on whether I can claim. Also reading the small print- you'll be lucky to be able to claim as so many opt outs. Good price offer maintained for more than a nanosecond (other vendors please note). Reasonable price. Easy, appropriately comprehensive questionnaire to complete. Cover and conditions seem fair (I actually read them & didn't spot anything nasty). Premium around 2% of original (and replacement) cost of two electric gravel bikes. Slightly above rate for our motor vehicle (1%) but not unreasonable since bikes get stolen a lot more easily than motor vehicles. We've never bothered to insure our standard road bikes in the past since premiums there were well above 2% and we took care to lock them beyond their value; thieves always had easier, more expensive targets. No technical problems with website, etc. (Again, other vendors take note.) All in all, recommended (at offer prices).
