They have been very good at giving a quote and letting me pay for my policy. The proof of any insurance company though is how they handle a claim. Hopefully I won't have to but if I do, I hope they are just as good otherwise the rating will be very different.

Great customer service by Jake! In hindsight I didn't catch his last name but spoke to someone called Jake and he represented CyclePlan extremely well. Extremely nice, friendly and polite person and it was a pleasure to speak with him. CyclePlan have been good for me whilst I've been with them so far and Jake was the icing on the cake.

The site is clear and setting up a policy is easy and all the pricing is transparent. The overall cost is competitive.

Was easy to set up ! Plus straightforward to understand what was & was not covered by the insurance. Was good you can remove or add different parts of insurance like if you don’t go racing you can remove cover but add something else like personal injury .

Relatively straightforward to take out the plan only issue was the insurance as online form filling was a bit clunky kept jumping from category I'd chosen to others for some reason and couldn't see start date on quote once you'd been thru the process.
