Horrible company, dragged out the claim as long as they possibly could. Constantly asked me to send them to same information over and over again regarding the claim. Auto renewed my policy during this time process. Had to pay a charge to cancel auto renewal for a bike I no longer have. Spoke to Jo on the phone and though she helped she had an extremely rude/shouty tone. Would never ever go back to them. Avoid like the plague!

Claim refused as bike was tied to a road signpost - which isn’t classified as an ‘immoveable object’. Probably covered by the small print - but seems slightly mad to say that because the thieves smashed up the sign to lift the bike over the top, the object isn’t counted as immovable. Claims handlers unable to do anything but quote back the wording.

It was very simple and cheap to insure my bike. Don’t know the claim process because haven’t made a claim yet and don’t want it to happen to claim.

Well as much as I feel I should be doing my best effort to be legal and legit it's still not entirely clear I should be using my e-scooter to commute to/from work given I had a bike that wasn't insured and taken twice. Still, better to have it than not at all
