Got a quote on line but had a couple of security questions so I called customer services. After selecting the relevant option the call was answered immediately and my queries were explained in detail. Later had to call again and the call was again answered immediately. Staff are very helpful and polite.

My son has a new bike for Christmas a voodoo bike and my old son had a bike that he loves more than us they tend to keep their bikes inside because they're scared of it getting nicked so I decided to get insurance for the bikes so the boys will leave them outside the insurance company acted quick and covered both bikes we have a piece of mine now of going to bed and leaving the bikes outside and the plan is affordable and brilliant value
