A very reasonably priced bike insurance that includes organised bike rides.

I had a recommendation from a friend, and tried to put 2 cycles on insurance. Unfortunately, I did not then get given access to European cover, Accessories cover, etc, and there was nothing to indicate to me that I could only elect to insure a single cycle. Seems silly!!!

Good: speed, how easy it was. Cons: started as quite expensive, was offered several 'deals' when I was about to leave the page. If you can sell it at 50%, why don't you advertise it at 50% (or generally lower than initial)...

I’ve just renewed for the second year, taken out the works concerning accidents, public liability and theft for all my bikes. The experience and liaising has been a positive process on both occasions, especially this year as I spoke to Chelsea, which was knowledgeable, willing and patient with the “million questions” I hit her with. So a big shout out to her! Thankfully have not had to claim for any reason, which I can only hope remains the case, therefore cannot comment on the company’s approach in that instance, which is when insurance companies generally go sour and show a different, less friendly and/or human approach. Nevertheless, let’s hope myself, nor anyone out there is forced to claim for whatever reason, and the news should remain quite. And yes, Cycle Plan has most likely got the most competitive price in the market when it comes to a combination of the different covers mentioned above.
