So far so good! I received an offer from this company having previously enquired just at the time of ordering 2 new German Electric bikes. The premium for both was very reasonable and I took the policy out with a later start date to match the expected delivery date. The manufacturer missed the delivery date and when I received a request to review my insurance policy I realised it had started on the date I had requested because I had not informed the company of the delayed delivery l. A quick phone call and a referral to a manager and all was sorted with a new policy start date to match the new delivery date. Highly recommend so far, let's see if we follow the rules they are as good at settlement of a valid claim 👍

Excellent service no hassle very straight forward to find and use

The guys in the office were realy helpful but could not explain the meanimg of the excess : £50 or 10% on a £6000 bike that is quite a diffrence so i opted out of paying an excess. Also i had been approved a 45% discount as a new customer then i was asked the question :had i had a claim in the last 3 years i said i had had a claim in february 2020 the discount was withdrawn then after discussion it was reinstated when pointed out the time lapse was infact 3years 3months
