Good website easy to get cover and competitive price. But to many conditions regarding locking of bike i.e removing front wheel to lock to rear and frame. Also states can only be left for maximum of 12 hours when away from home. I normally stay in B&Bs when touring so would have to make sure my bike was locked to an immovable object inside the building and not left for more than 12 hours!

Cheaper than others

Tricky to see what was actually included in this electric bike insurance and only after I'd paid. You probably could but it wasn't clear how to. Personal injury cover was only £100 for dental and nothing fot a broken limb which us the mist likely and £10,00 for loss of limb . Im now considering cancelling .

A good price and easy to deal with. A bit miffed that a previous insurance claim affected my premium as much as it did but hopefully that will change next year. Despite that the price was still the most competitive I found. The process was quick and easy to go through and I have confidence in them with Aviva being the underwriter on the policy.

Unable to access the info I supplied the day before using my password. Unable to get through on 08000 number_ any option choice was met with'not an option that is recognised' used the online chat and when a human being answered no problem.

It was a very straightforward and efficient process . There was no longwinded dialogue and the whole process took very little time for us to get the cover we wanted.

Great price, very helpful on the phone. Covers everything I need. Seems like good cover and hopefully will never need to claim to find out.
