A straight forward online process to insure E bikes and clarification by phone advisor

Never had to claim so not sure how that's handled but signing up to them was quick and easy and no irritating phone call after trying to sell extras like some insurance companies. Might seem small but for someone like me who has anxiety on the phone, that meant the world to me.

The chap in Lowestoft was very knowledgeable and good sense of humour,wrote all reverent details down for me as I had to order on line.

So far, it's good. Especially, the additional bike/scooter, and address options. I think it's very suitable for me as I have an ebike, scooter and two addresses.

Company was very unclear about what is/isn’t covered and where bikes are allowed to be stored. On multiple occasions, they told me the opposite of what was said in the policy document they sent me. Stressful as I want to insure my bike correctly and comply with the policy wording!
