United States | 09 February 2021I don’t know anything about this company but I do know they somehow got ahold of my 12 year olds vanilla gift card she got for Christmas from her grandma out of state and they wiped the card out. I opened an investigation with the card company and emailed this company and have gotten no response. They should be ashamed of themselves!

United Kingdom | 13 February 2020they didnt reply to my emails about how to allow people to donate beyond the target amount, which meant I had to keep checking and increasing the target manually. I was worried as I read bad reviews after finishing my campaign and was worried that I wouldnt recieve the money, but I got the money and a call back within a couple of hours. The call centre is based away from the business so the people on the phone have no information and you are relying on a call back which feels a bit unnerving.

United States | 22 June 2017Even though my guest was not sure of the site and how to use it. Plus skeptical of using their credit card. I enjoyed it because it was different. I especially enjoyed the guest book entry and encouraged my guest to go on it. My only other objective was the fee charges. I'm glad I took on the fee charges, since I did not want my guest to incur the fee charges. I felt the charges are a little high. Donors tried to call when they experienced technical difficulties and had to leave a message (who knows if they were ever called back). I - the paying customer - tried to call and had to leave a message and was never called back. It would be nice to have a direct line to a person.

United States | 31 May 2017New to Crowdfunding Crowdfunding is a new experience to me and when I researched various platforms, I ultimately decided on DAG. I liked the look of the platform. It looked more professional than the other platforms. I won't say that it was simple--it's my first experience and I had some difficulties putting my campaign together--but I think that would be true of any platform. The need to ask for financial assistance is very humbling, but there is something about it that is empowering too! Whether or not my goal is met, I've learned a great deal from the experience.
