I had reason to contact Digital Meter and they responded well and resolved my problem quickly. Products are leading edge and very good value

Meter is pretty good and accurate when compared with a friends much more expensive Scuba II meter. The meter needs calibrating before you can use it and this requires you by 2 bottles of PH4 and PH 7 buffer. The site should have advised you to buy this when ordering as i had to go and buy these locally before i could use it.

I got it out and tried to calibrate it but it was jumping around on the reading and I never got to 7 pg so I dump it and brought a different one which is easier to use and i'm bit sad because I lost £30 but that's life! Never again!

Had delivered a "conductivity" tester whatever that is instead of a moisture meter. Can't find an orchestra to test my skills with it on! Seriously though got well received and excellent response when we notified or error of delivery . Now awaiting delivery of correct kit and will further review it if required
