Delivery was when promised, extremely good value. No more I can say, wish all companies were as good. will deal with them again.

Item really good however no battery supplied even though manufacturers guide indicated it was supplied

Bought 2 meters but was expecting free next day delivery as per delivery details but came in 2 working days, large text said all deliveries next working day but if you scroll down the smaller print says 3-5 days? Apart from that OK.

This does exactly what it says on the tin....and no batteries required. Delivery was very quick. It arrived in a large box with lots of packing material but the meter was stuffed down the side so did not get the full benefit of the packing. Notwithstanding this I am delighted with the product and servic.

The moisture meter was very good value, there were a range to chose from. The website was clear and the meter was dispatched the same day.

The meter was ordered and is was delivered as promptly as stated. Unfortunately there wasn't any batteries supplied with the unit so I wasn't able to check if it worked until I got some.

Ordered 4in1 multi meter arrived fine 2 days after, unfortunately light meter not working correctly needed meter urgently for a job sent back and new meter was dispatched and received next day. Excellent service gives you faith that it can be done if people try. Good Kit eventually but not heatmisers fault, good service good communication. Postage to send back refunded

Bought this for getting an accurate temp/humid reading for my tortoise eggs. Looks to be a very good investment, already recommended this to other tortoise breeders. Will also be buying another one next month. Cheers Andy

I have not had full use of the instrument yet as I am unable to understand the instructions, which are mostly unintelligible and were probably written using Babelfish or some other language converter. It would be better if you used an English speaking translator so that the user gets the full benefit of the device.

Easy to select product and quick turnaround of order. The only problem was that Digital Meters did not send me the email to advise that the item had been despatched, I had to telephone them to find out when it would be delivered.

To be recommended will use again.

the wrong item was sent firstly but this was quickly rectified and the right order was sent the following day.
