I ordered a simple temperature/humidity monitor for our village archive room. I wanted the same model as the one that we had already (this one had been broken by some over zealous pushing of the reset button!). I searched online for the same model, Digital Meters was the cheapest with lowest delivery charge. The item was received in a few days and works fine. I would certainly use the company again.

I received the lux meter in a good condition and with the calibration certificate that I had wanted. The only negative is the fairly long delivery time - I got notification that the item has been dispatched on the 6th of May but received the item on the 16th of May.

Soil Moisture Meter The meter arrived a day or so before I expected it and the packaging used had provided very good protection. It seems to be a robust device and easy to use. It performs as I expected it would and the price was very competitive. A good buy!

Bought the CEM voltage / amps data logger Usb interface a bit shaky using 64bit Win 7, seems to be more stable with 32 bit version of Windows. But, great value for the money. Gives an excellent graphical display in the CV2 software and produces a second data set in spreadsheet format. Very good delivery / packing from Digital Meters, very quick. Website not very user friendly though and short of information. All in all though, a very good deal, recommended.

I recently purchased an item from Digital Meters for the first time. The staff on the phone were very pleasant and helpful. The item was very well priced and delivered within a couple of days. I would definitely use again and recommend to others. I had previously phoned another company who could not give me any technical advice because I wasn't an existing customer. Needless to say I am still not a customer!

I ordered a damp meter and it arrived promptly and works well.

Service was very good from this supplier , but you get what you pay for this meter reads 7 no matter what compound i put the meter in , i would strongly recommend spending more money for a quality meter from this supplier.

I ordered on the Friday and when ordering it did not state that they do not do Saturday delivery it was over a bank holiday Monday but there was nothing to state that it would not be delivered I received it on the Wednesday, I needed it next day hence why I paid extra for the delivery. I am very unsatisfied with the service provided

Purchased a ph meter for measuring the ph level of the soil. Meter did not work. Useless piece of equipment.

The moisture meter reads within seconds the moisture levels in the soil. I discovered I was over-watering some plants and under-watering other plants: very useful!

I have been using PH paper for last one year and I have spent more than 200 pounds on the PH paper. This item is more accurate and cheaper in long run. I ordered this item from this company on Sunday and it was with me on Tuesday morning. That is excellent service.
