excellent range of stuff but website needs a bit of a tweak its really hard to pay via paypal in my experience i almost gave up in frustration

Product arrived as described, BUT - I ordered at 10.40am and paid for 'next day delivery'. When it didn't arrive next day, I looked at the 'delivery' section of the website to find that its only 'next-day' if you place the order by 10am. Other suppliers we use will delivery 'next-day' for orders made much later in the day (i.e. 5pm) so this part of the service was very disappointing.

I ordered my equipment expecting it to take a week or so to arrive but two days later it arrived complete with everything as ordered. The products are great quality robust a work well I will use this company again

I was pleasantly surprised when the item was delivers so soon after placing the order.

Clear website and information, good price, and easy online ordering. VAT invoice was not included in the parcel when delivered (as i had been told it would be) but a quick phone call to the customer service team had it delivered by email straight away.

Found them by luck on the internet as my old test meter broke. Thought i would have to go abroad, so pleasantly surprised that one was in stock in the UK

I bought the digital ear thermometer. I wasn't familiar with the company but it was one of the cheapest and I wasn't willing to pay more. It worked out perfectly. The thermometer arrived within a few days, came with batteries and worked without a hitch. Very satisfied!!

When I set up my account, I telephoned the company and spoke to a very helpful lady, who helped me sort out setting up the account.. I ordered some thermometers on line but did not receive a confirmation of delivery and they were not delivered after a few days so I rang the company. It transpires that there had been a glitch on the ordering system and therefore the order had not gone through. I spoke to a lady on the telephone who could not have been more helpful and took my order over the phone. The thermometers were delivered within a couple of days. Very happy with the service and the support I received.
