I bought a thermometer for my son for his beer making, which he takes seriously and as a scientist accuracy seems important. The thermometer is well made and was christened by two grandchildren taking the temperature of "things" in the garden.

Purchased a 3 in 1 Thermometer. It arrived in good time, but unfortunately was defective. returned goods for checking and was told it was beyond repair and they have stopped selling this product. Heatmiser was good enough to reimburse my return postage costs.

Was pleased with the product however after buying liquids to calibrate the PH reader. It appeared that product was faulty, sent back to Hannah who replaced it without any issues. Now have new one which appears to be working. We have now found out that we require another liquid to calibrate which cost another fortune!!

Excellent rapid service for two items ordered

I am not sure I have bought the right product here.Which I cannot comment on,I was hoping to use the meter for my photography (being new at photography). I would like to know if you have a conversion chart available to be able to use the meter for F stops. If a conversion chart is available I would be grateful for a copy. The accompanied leaflet is lacking in this info,My naivity thinks I have bought the wrong product for topic. Your comments would be very welcome indeed. If not a chart is available then I shallreturn the product for a refund

Fast efficient service

I ordered a soil pH meter which came quickly and promptly and is providing excellent service.

Order received very quickly and when it was discovered the wrong item had been ordered they were very helpful in advising on return and re-ordering.

I use it in my allotment raided bed and it means I can keep it at an appropriate moisture level. It is exceptionally easy to use and does its job perfectly !!

I bought a contactless damp meter and 2 probe type multimeters which I am very pleased with especially as they were such a good price. I received the order in reasonable time but there was only one meter in the parcel. After emailing I was told that the other meters should have been in the parcel and would be sent next day delivery.
