I bought a Memory Thermo-Hygrometer and it came in about two days. Great service and very happy with the price too. It worked right out of the box!

I bought a Sinometer HTC-2. As is so often the case, products made in China are accompanied by instructions translated from Chinese into English. Sometimes completely unintelligible!. In my case there was no detail on how to set up the external temperature 'gauge'. Furthermore the battery supplied looked unfamiliar as far as size was concerned and I fear being unable to replace it as/and when. I stand corrected on that.

Having dealt with Digital Meters before I had no problem ordering another meter to replace the one I had, had for years.

I would recommend this site as a good place for anyone to buy these types of product.

FIne. Good price and acid test works very efficiently. Arrived in a massive cardboard box, so I can't say that it wasn't well packed!

Although there was a slight mix up with an order they were quick to respond and resolve the matter, I have no doubts that I will use Digital Meters again in the future and who recommend them to anyone I know.

The product seems ok, as described in website. However, I was expected to be delivered it on Tuesday, but it arrived on Friday. I really needed for Wednesday the latest, so that was a bit disappointment.

This is an excellent service , the meter arrived very promptly and does exactly as promised. Couldn't ask for more !

Ordered on Sunday, goods arrived on Wednesday. Unfortunately the wrong item was supplied, but after a quick e-mail, the correct item was received on Friday while the incorrect item was on its way back!

I only receive one notification that the product I ordered has been shipped. Since from there I don't know where it's whereabouts and approximately what date I will receive it. Poor customer service.

Only one possible criticism. Documentation could be a little better. A printed guide to the use of the product - or a link to a website where I could download a pdf. Instruction book showing how to use the product to best effect would be much appreciated. Otherwise I have nothing but praise! Excellent service!
