France | 31 December 2018Amazing experience tonight with my laundry and particularly my driver Andrew. Andrew went far out of his way late on a Sunday to get my delivery to me. Not only that, but with a smile and communicative joy. It makes such a difference!!! Enough that I asked for his name so i could write a review! On top of that, one of my baby camelhair coat came back flawless (after being stained by a huge line of lipstick on the back). They are the only ones I trust with my clothes; often expensive suits and coats, in very delicate fabrics. They are careful and caring. Never crush my lapels (which is incredibly important for people who care about their suits) don’t ruin my shirts (never had a broken mother-of-pearl button or burns, don’t crease soft collars). Overall top notch service with stellar service.

United Kingdom | 09 December 2018I have been a substantial user of Laundrapp for a number of years and have previously left a good review for them. This is an update. The service is generally convenient although in central london there is often a late collection and delivery as drivers seem to have too many scheduled pickups and drop offs. However the true test of a company is how it deals with issues and in this regard this company fails and I will be switching now to Zipjet, Ihateironing or lavando. For some time I have been finding the collar region of my white shirts have been getting frayed (I always use the premium shirt service). I assumed wear and tear or caused by my washing machine on the occasion I wash at home. Anyway I recently sent three shirts in for the premium shirt cleaning service and received back two shirts with frayed collars at the button area and the third with a piece gauged out of the collar. I haven’t figured out how to upload those photos here. Naturally I reported this and Laundrapp arranged for the shirts to be collected to begin their “thorough” investigation by “experts”. Of course the response (provided within 2.5 days of the damaged shirts being collected on a Thursday night) is that 2 of the shirts already had a frayed collar when I handed them in and that their machines and processes could not have caused the damage in the first place. No mention at all of the third shirt where a piece of the collar has gone “missing” but they do not accept liability for that either even though they do not expressly mention it in their “detailed” findings!! So the implication is that I wore all three shirts (to a business conference a few days earlier) in this condition and then handed them in for cleaning in that condition with the intention of making a fraudulent claim. Seriously?! How on earth can the chunk missing from a collar be “consistent with normal wear and tear”?! It’s just laughable. No Vivien, the simple fact is your cleaning factory dropped the ball on this one and you’ve handling of the issue provided the final nail in the coffin. Yes I know I can go to the DTC for a second opinion and perhaps I will do that. But what I certainly will do it stop using your service given the total disregard you seem to hold your customers in when things go seriously wrong. On a number of occasions there have been items damaged but I have just put it down to part of the cost of using a service like this. However the rate of occurrence, and the refusal to accept any responsibility even when Laundrapp are clearly at fault, makes their service a very costly and headache-ridden proposition. If you have garments you care about, do think twice before sending here.

United Kingdom | 25 November 2018I have been a loyal customer of Laundrapp for a long time and would like to remain so. However their standards are deteriorating fast. I have had two deliveries cancelled at short notice with poor excuses. The drivers seemed to have changed, new faces and lowering standards. Please get your act together before you lose loyal customers!

United Kingdom | 21 November 2018Very poor service. Great concept, but they simply cannot deliver . I got by stuff back 4 days aster I should have this time. I had hoped to get them when promised, and person was rude to me when I asked why …. I would seriously not use this until they improve the service and can keep to their promises... I have a previous review which they removed also , despite it also being genuine

United Kingdom | 19 November 2018Worst service ever!!! Please avoid this if you care about your clothes. I have missed the collection by SECONDS. Called back the driver which was literally next door could not deliver it because of company policy (i.e. SO THAT DAY CAN CHARGE YOU £10 FOR MISSED COLLECTION). Completely dishonest. There are many BETTER alternatives than this. AVOID IN ANY POSSIBLE WAY!!!

United Kingdom | 07 November 2018Laundrapp is a great service, convenient, friendly, and where the loyalty is rewarded. The only downside is the price - I accept that better quality commands higher prices, but on some options, the difference with the high street seem a bit too much.

United Kingdom | 02 November 2018Great idea, convenient, flexible and superb service at reasonable prices. Personnel seems well chosen and trained. Andrei who covers my area is always on time, very polite and has such a positive attitude! It goes to show how good people can represent a company well and ensure that the brand and the whole value proposition is supported by excellent customer service.

United Kingdom | 30 October 2018Started off as a five-star service. Now a one-star service (as evidenced by the consecutive low-star ratings of late). Issues with pickup and delivery times and drivers not turning up. CS is extremely poor and took a great deal of time and calls to have more than a token percentage refund on an order that they didn't bother to collect or drop off. Now, to top it all off, they've closed my local centre without any notice and it will be closed for the foreseeable future due to supplier issues. Perhaps they treat their suppliers in the same manner as they do their customers! Looking elsewhere for a local service.

United Kingdom | 23 October 2018I had terrible experience with Laundrapp, I sent 3 blazer(£8.5 each) but the company charged me overcoat price (£15 each), tried to contact customer service but didn’t make any difference. The customer service is a total joke, they use so many excuses to cover their dishonesty behavior, I also made a complaint but no respond. I will never use the company and would like to warning customers to be aware of the traps this company doing!

United Kingdom | 18 October 2018Delivery changed and stained items. Delivery to return items changed without our knowledge. No way to contact them about it. Items then returned with stains and no evidence of being cleaned.

United Kingdom | 03 October 2018Warning Shockingly poor service. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years. However, recently had a really bad experience with this company. They were supposed to deliver between 10pm and 11pm. At 11.10pm they cancelled my order online. No phone call and next delivery slot in 5 days. They had all my work shirts so I had to buy more. What did they offer me? A £5 voucher. They refused to refund me, lost my loyal custom of around £50 per month (order was around £20) through their stubborn and frankly terrible customer services. I've now moved to ZIPJET and have found them to be hugely reliable and I have faith in the fact that they will honour their delivery slots. Something that Laundrapp have failed to do.

United Kingdom | 27 September 2018Wash and wrinkle is more like it. The app is good and the dry cleaning is standard. My 1-star rating is due to the unfortunately lacking wash and fold service. Wash and fold seems to translate to wash and throw into a bag. After several reassurances that this would be addressed, I have to separate, refold and sometimes even rewash clothes myself to get the wrinkles out. I love it when services take pride in what they deliver. This seems to be nonexistent when it comes to wash and fold. I've learned my lesson (three times despite reassurances) and will not be using this part of their service again.

United Kingdom | 21 September 2018I have been using Laundrapp for about 2 years now, and they have just got better and better over time. Yes sometimes there is the odd little issue but their customer service team are excellent. The delivery team are brilliant too, Florin is our usual guy and he’s so very happy and helpful. I would definitely recommend Laundrapp, it’s made managing the ridiculous amount of laundry we seem to get through so much easier.

United Kingdom | 19 September 2018Such a convenient and efficient service for a busy working professional. Laundry collected and delivered to my door and always exceptionally friendly, professional agents and customer service.
