Arrived home to find all laundry outside front door as I requested on the app, with fab new blue wash and fold bag. Although socks weren't paired (my local service launderette does that) everything else was crisply ironed and folded. The app is so easy to use and was great to see the live location of the delivery van as he approached my place so I knew how long it was going to take. So thank you Laundrapp!

Laundrapp is amazing! Highly recommend to everybody! They collected my items from my house (I mean who enjoys taking everything to a dry cleaners?!), cleaned it very well and the delivered back to me! Drivers are friendly and the app is super easy to use!

I love Laundrapp and have used it a lot over the last year. I could easily give this company a 5 out of 5 but this morning I went to make a booking and I got a message saying they are no longer delivering to my area! I have spent the last few hours googling other companies and even though I have had to take a risk on one of them, none of them seem as simple and efficient as Laundrapp. I hope they come back to my area soon!!

Absolute NIGHTMARE. Our Shirts were delivered to the wrong person, it took 4 days to locate them. They booked a time to deliver the shirts but had to reschedule without telling us why, every single time I had to ask on the chat to find out what going on. They cancelled the final delivery again because of an error in the system and when we finally got our shirts one was missing and it took a week for them to decide that it was lost and an extra 10 days to get compensation (good thing I had the receipt for that shirt...).

Order Number: 514273 Very efficient, clothes perfectly organised and instructions all followed. However, folded t-shirts are very expensive. Delivery driver 'Florin L' was excellent.

Great company, great customer service, no bad experiences - even when there are the inevitable issues, they know how to deal with them. Very friendly drivers like Ali, as well!

Really convenient service and the laundry comes back very well washed and pressed - just like a hotel service. I would give it five stars but they need to sort out an alternative to the plastic coverings. Too much single use plastic when paper would be just as good.

Great all round service, they have been excellent at sorting my queries, and always get the job done. My driver yesterday, Ali, is particularly good.
