Always update you with arrival times (unlike some peers) and Ali called directly with an update even though still within the time slot.

The parner dry cleaners (Smart Alex in my case) do a great job. The drivers are polite, flexible and on-time. Nonetheless, I avoid regularly using Laundrapp. Why? The problem is the software. It's buggy. Like, really buggy. Last time, I had to try three times to submit an order. When I first clicked the submit button, it said that the time slot I selected was no longer available. This was false - I could go back, and select the same time slot again. Unfortunately, the software forgot all of my details by the time I returned to the submit screen. The second time I clicked the submit button, it said that my postcode was invalid. Again, this was false: removing and reentering the postcode fixed the problem. Then, I needed to change my credit card details. The only way to do that was to try and pay using my expired credit card, wait for the bank to decline, and then enter new card details on the error screen. Finally, I could click submit for the third time. And then... nothing happened! I clicked the submit button, and it did nothing! It was the same postcode problem as before, but this time the section where the error message is supposed to appear was in a collapsed/minimized state, so no error message was visible on the screen. Re-entering my postcode for the second time finally allowed me to submit the form and get my order in.

10 days later Laundrapp clarified that they didn’t know my clothes were misdelivered. Their customer relations employee Sanjeev had the cheek to imply I was lucky to even get a refund! This company is toxic! Avoid avoid avoid!

Just received my 10 shirts. Some not completely ironed, will have to finish myself.

Im a long time user of Laundrapp that put up with the always late (sometimes hours) pick-up and drop-off because I'm busy and liked the convenience of them coming to my house. However, I have recently had multiple expensive items damaged by Laundrapp. They are claiming that they handled the items correctly, yet I know the condition they were in when sent and that they were clearly damaged when returned. I've also washed and ironed the items lots of times myself without causing any damage. Because they can't fathom what in their process might have damaged the items, they are refusing any compensation. My only recourse is to an independent tribunal, but in the meantime I have replaced the items at considerable cost because they were returned in a completely different condition that wasn't anywhere near as nice.

Liked the idea of this as it is difficult to park at my local dry cleaners. Arranging pick up was easy and convenient being returned 2 days later. The driver was friendly. Unfortunately, the quality was quite poor. All 4 shirts have come back and will require me to re-iron them. I only sent them to dry clean because I wanted a perfectly ironed shirt. The suit I sent is clean, but the inner fabric is badly ironed and the suit possibly has a faint smell of cigarettes. Quite disappointed, won’t be using the service again.

The service was excellent, agreed a time of collection and delivered back - both spot on and with a smile. The reason for 4 not 5 stars is the app is a bit temperamental. It struggled to accept my postcode - without the postcode you can't arrange for collection. This went ropund in circles for a while then accepted what I had told it after doing nothing different! Fix that and it will be 5 stars.

An extremely good and convenient service. When is good to plan and when it doesn't quite go to plan.

Laundrapp are a complete sham. The first time I used them the clothes came back smelling of smoke. The compensation they offered, a credit towards a further service. No chance of a refund. A year later I tried them once more thinking maybe they had learned something. What an idiot I was! They damaged three new garments, a pair of shorts and two designer polo shirts amounting to £209. They are now unwearable. Laundrapp refuse to even engage in any form of investigation because I have missed the two week window. Surely this is illegal? How do you know something is damaged until you try and wear it again? Scam like this should be barred from operating in the UK. They are a disgrace to business. What ever you do, make sure you stay very clear of this sham of a company.

First order with Laundrapp, clothes were collected on Friday due to be returned today between 20:00 and 21:00. The driver is over 1.5 hours late. Never again, will continue to go to my usual dry cleaner (which is also cheaper)

Alessandro was my first delivery and he explained me everything that there is to know about the services and the inner workings of Laundrapp. He left me a couple of bags as well for my future orders. Great all around.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. All my clothes came back smaller 2 sizes. They wouldn’t even acknowledge my complaint, they instead throws the responsibility at the clothes manufacturers! £200 worth of damage + the £15 they charged me.
