They ruined a high end brand dress because they didn’t follow my instructions (in ALL CAPS)... or the label. After months of back and forth, all I received was an apology and minor discount, but no explanation of what process is being put in place to make sure this never happens again. After numerous emails back and forth (where we also discovered I’d been overcharged), they still insist that they can’t refund me for UNUSED prepaid dress cleaning. How can I trust them to clean my dresses, when they destroy them and don’t learn from their mistakes?!

Having said that this comes with a small sting, deliveries and collections are a bit too much to handle. You gave a slot, except they are always late or rescheduled. I have used the for 4 times now, everytime I have been rescheduled for collection, and delivery was late. Regardless a service I might use again in future, as I still have not mastered the technique of cleaning my duvets and pillows on a regular wash.

Several late deliveries but a good customer service experience. They should collect hangers and offer an incentive to do so, they would reduce their operational costs. They should also find an alternative to the amount of plastic covers that they use.

Good service generally, smooth transactions. Odd sorting of laundry if I had to criticise - instead of sorting by person (woman, man, young child), all socks gathered together and all underwear together, etc. which made me chuckle as I walked repeatedly from room to room. Referral code: KTJKKJ

Service in London is excellent, but the app can use some work. In particular, if you go to checkout and then go back to the selection screen, it resets the pick-up and drop-off time. It messed up my plans at least once

Had my delivery slot missed or cancelled with no warning on 2 occasions. If you need something reliable this might not be for you. Cleaning is average

Terrible terrible customer service they a duvet cover returned with blue stains all over. They said they didnt do it. They had!!! Mistakes happen but it is how they are dealt with. Totally terrible, will never use again. They also temporarily lost it when it was returned. Terrible company.

My husband is happy with how his shirts have been done. Would be nice they had a 24hr turn over instead of 48hrs but still a good service so far.

good experiece. driver Alexandria is very nice! his leg is currently unwell but he still went to the top floor to collect my coat and scarf. Also he reminded me to clean coat's pockets before send it to dry cleaning. Very nice experience. Hope i will receive a nice cleaned clothes this Sunday~

Absolutely terrible service. First time we tried them, the shirts came back not clean enough. This time... wow. pick agent arrived at the flat, didn't ring the door entry, but just phoned my mobile - I wasn't home, but my wife was. Failed pickup, and they charged £10 for it. I complained, so they waived the fee and picked up - only to muck up the drop off as well. had to change our plans around twice in five days to accomodate their mistakes... and their solution? a 15% credit. Won't be using again, don't recommend.

I have used this service several times over several years. They used to be fine but deliver late sometimes, which was ok for me. Now their service has destroyed my clothes and simply lied or grossly misled me. To the extent that their support tells me in one email they don't read clothes care labels and in another to provide an image of the care labels to see if they are liable for damage. Then wasting my time by taking shrunk clothes in for inspection and claiming they haven't shrunk. Excuse me but I think I know how long my arms are and being told the clothes haven't shrunk is absurd when I cannot get a jumper to my wrist at all. I've since used competitors and had a far superior cleaning and customer service.

Brilliant service overall. The concept of someone coming to collect the laundry and sort it out saves so much time I’ve docked 1 star because my shirts have started to lose buttons or get minorly damaged, more so than when I washed myself though it’s a trade off between the industrial style wash and doing it yourself so I still think it’s good for the money. A couple of times I’ve had items shrink, but since I moved house this hasn’t happened, I assume because it’s taken to a different centre for cleaning so your mileage may vary. Having said all that it’s a great service, really helps with busy schedules and the customer service is Awesome and super responsive. Shout out to Kings for helping out with my latest issue :)

Some errors with order processing and had someone else's sock in my wash but fairly responsive to issues.
