Worse company I have ever dealt with ,FACT I recently brought a washing machine of this company online and paid £25 extra for installation. It was supposed to arrive on Friday,, between 9-12 delivery . No show or contact!! From 1pm onwards I made 3 phone calls in total looking for updates. All phone call finished abruptly. I didn’t have time to say goodbye. I was told that my delivery will be next . Still no show at 3pm. I tried ringing back but I know this company can see my number on screen so Sam (sales team) choose not to answer instead they phoned my tenant and told him that they are not coming that day and will now come Monday between 9-12pm So my tenant worked from home again for the 2nd time even thou he didn’t want to to wait in . The installers arrived at 2.50pm on that Monday. After arriving They couldn’t find or couldn’t isolate the cold water feed properly but they carried on and my kitchen floor got very wet. They installed it and put a spin on to check machine . They left and my tenant put a 30 minute wash on , only to find that the machine is leaking badly . I called the sales team at 5.44pm and no one will Answer. I have a feeling that Sam from the sales team can see my number on screen and ignored me . I emailed them soon after and later Sam emailed back to say that the waste outlet wasn't very good and he put it back the way he found it 😳 . Surely you make good or do a proper job or refuse to do if you can’t stop the water leaking out. !! A gas installation couldn’t be bodged or a electrical installation couldn’t be bodged so why bodge up plumbing ??My kitchen floor is wet , I have laminate flooring and now have to wait to see it this issue affects my flooring . I live in a small block of flats on the first floor so very worried about the property downstairs . I had to call an emergency plumber which cost me £140 even thou I have paid them £25 for installation.I have phoned again and emailed them asking them to resolve this issue and they have chosen to ignore me with no contact which is a real shame as I know how much people read reviews and for the sake of £165 or even just the installation fee of £25 refunded they would rather lose customers which I find very short sighted. You obviously don’t know the power of bad reviews. On a positive note they took my old washing machine away free of charge so thank you for that . Surely you have a duty of care to install correctly or refuse to fit.The original pipe work didn’t leak as you have stated that they did !! As for you telling me I needed a plumber please show me email ! The only reply I got from Sam states that he will see if he can send someone round tomorrow. No phone call, no one picks up phone and no email response so how were you going to make contact. I wouldn’t have let them in flat again . Your email isn’t really telling how it is .

Angry owner, doesn’t listen, turned up late at the wrong address (despite me emailing and calling three times to confirm address) then when I mentioned this to him he tried to cancel the delivery out of spite! A very frustrating experience that I suggest you should avoid if you can. The response from the owner is also a lie and doesn’t address the fact he tried to cancel on me when I complained he was 25 mins late

First rate service from Appliance centre. The engineers who tried to fix my washer/dryer and replaced it were very prompt and efficient. Appliance Centre's communication was excellent throughout and I always knew what was happening and when. Well done and thanks to all.

Dreadful- do not use. Worst service ever. Damaged my property, made errors in installation. Customer service screamed down the phone when contacted refusing to listen or assist, instead hanging up. Appalling.

Update to the below, Appliancentre have now emailed me a photo of the burned out board so looks like the original engineer was correct and he must have unplugged it himself, although I don’t recall him pulling the dishwasher out - I must have missed that bit! Confused and unsure! The fault with the old dishwasher was diagnosed by Appliancentre 1st engineer as being ‘computer blown’, so I bought a new dishwasher from Appliancentre. When new one was installed today, the 2nd engineer mentioned that the old one wasn’t plugged in (after it had been removed and dragged away), and I know the 1st engineer had not moved it to check the plug. Seems like that was probably the problem. Which would have been fixable in two seconds flat and not involved a new dishwasher. Feel like I might have sold a new appliance under false pretences? 🤷🏼‍♀️ HOWEVER! I’ve still given three stars because other than this possible issue, they were great to deal with in terms of communication and punctuality, which should be mentioned.

Awesome service and amazing price! I ordered a Miele washing machine from Appliance Centre and the expected delivery date was spot on. They kept me in the loop through phone and email about stock arrival and options to choose delivery date and time. Couldn’t be happier with the entire purchasing experience. Repair Appointment arrived early and communicated this with me. Speedy diagnosis and credible review of options, which with an over 10 year old second hand machine was an easy conclusion. New machine delivery also arrived two hours early, and only took 35 minutes to install and take old washing machine away, such that the first load was in before the machine it was intended for was scheduled to be even in!! Very professional approach by both engineer and delivery team, all of whom were very personable. Very, very impressed!

I am amending my review following the reply below from Appliance Centre. I am sorry if there was a misunderstanding. A delivery was booked on Saturday but it didn’t arrive and the tenant was very unhappy. It didn’t come yesterday either. If you can confirm that it will come today I will change the review or do a new one and give higher stars. Terrible delivery service. Would give zero stars if it was available. Twice waited at home for a whole day (Monday 13 and Saturday 18/11/2023) after they told us delivery would be in the morning but nobody came and nobody told us it had been rescheduled. Now waiting at home for a third day - 20/11/2023 - but still no idea of the washing machine will arrive or when. Almost impossible to get through to the company on the phone and the person always then hangs up without explaining or apologising. Will never use again.

This guy will take your money, not provide the service, not refund and hope you are too busy to take up with your credit card company. AVOID!!!!! Edit:- not fake but this person thinks he can scare you into amending reviews by publishing personal details.

Really helpful communication - Sam was friendly and efficient via e Mail The fitters arrived within the time slot , were courteous and thorough - fridge installed and old fridge removed. Excellent service

My 55' inch TV was delivered on time, It would be nice if there could be a note stating we will need to present our ID for verification at delivery though.

The team did all the usual thing but went the extra mile to ensure that the machine fitted well into the space and that the outer door closed flush. Clearly took pride in their work and wanted to do the best possible job even if that meant spending more time. Happy to recommend Appliancentre

Ordered cooker for my disabled brother, it arrived on time. The old one was disconnected and taken away. New one connected and demonstrated. My brother is 88 years old, we were so grateful for all the help as we were too far away to help out ourselves. He said the men were kind and courteous, he was very happy. Price was also fantastic, would definitely use again.
